Please fill out one form per player participating!

The Fall Frenzy 24-hole Disc Golf Singles Tournament open to all. The day will begin with breakfast and registration at the Student Center at 8:00am. Top three players in each division will receive a prize.

Gold Division (Competitive) will play the first 12 holes from standard tee pads and the second 12 holes from the advanced tee pads.

Silver Division (Recreational) will play all 24 holes from the standard tee pads.

If there are low numbers of players in either of the divisions, players will be merged into one single division. 

Cost is $5 per player. This is a singles tournament.

8:00am - Breakfast and Registration 
Shotgun start will take place roughly 30-45 minutes after registration opens.
